Pit-master: Damian has lived in Texas, California, Virginia and Louisiana and traveled the globe. His experience in each corner of the U.S has allowed him to add a wide variety of meat preparation techniques to his repertoire. Damian finally settled down in New Orleans in 2006 and began pursuing the dream of opening Black Label BBQ, to provide the tastiest, smokiest, Central Texas style BBQ that New Orleans has to offer. Damian's biggest passion is the art of smoking meats and sausages, and he has perfected this over the last 20 years.
Marketing: Dion has lived in Texas, Oklahoma, Virginia and North Carolina and traveled the globe.
Together, we are brothers, who were born and raised in Houston, TX and Central TX and are both Marine Veterans. We served in conflicts from the Gulf War, Bosnia, and Iraq War. Check out our "Causes" tab under the Homepage button above for more information about this business.

·War Pig: Slow smoked sliced Pork w/ Fresh Ghost Pepper Red Slaw, served on Texas Toast.
·The Dixie Rebel:Slow smoked NOLA beer drunken chicken, pulled & served on Texas Toast with sliced onions, pickles, & pickled jalapeño.
·Tube Snake Boogie:Slow smoked hot sausage, served on Texas Toast with sliced onions, pickles & pickled jalapeño.
·"The B.A.M.":One Sauced up Gut Bomb! Slow smoked brisket, sausage, & pulled pork seasoned with our very own Black Label BBQ Rub. Served on 3 layers of Texas Toast with 3 layers of Black Label BBQ sauce, sliced onions, pickles, & pickled jalapeño.
·Hostile Jalapeño Burger:Straight out of hell! It’s covered with jalapeños, yellow peppers, bacon, cheese, onion rings and a spicy barbecue sauce.
·Crack Poppers:Fresh jalapeños sliced, seeded and cored. Then stuffed with white label cheese& wrapped with bacon & smoked. These are so good you will be begging for more!
·Bad Ass Beans:Slow smoked pinto beans, with bacon & spices & more bacon! You're welcome.
·Southern Slaw: Freshly shredded cabbage, carrots coated with Black Label dressing & a pinch of Black Label BBQ Rub.
·Black Label BBQ Sauce:Our own signature recipe of spices and sauce. Add to any dish and you will savor it with every bite.
